Boylalu Inventory

Habang nakapila ako sa pila ng tricycle pauwi, naisip ko na lang bigla na gumawa ng inventory ng mga naging lalaki sa buhay ko mula nung puppy love stage hanggang sa kasalukuyan. Alam kong hindi 'to masaya basahin dahil puro kalandian lang 'to.

Note: Hindi pala included ang crushes dahil mahirap tandaan yung mga forgettable.

1. Edmar T.
Status: Ewan
Technically, eto yung first boyfriend ko. Kaso, bata pa ko nito, grade 6. Eto yung mga panahon na hindi ko alam kung bakit ko nagugustuhan ang isang lalaki. Hindi ko talaga kinoconsider na ex-boylalu ang palakang ito kasi wala naman talagang thing.

2. Aldrich P.
Status: Boyfriend
Pero under pa rin ng puppy love. Eengot-engot pa ako ng mga panahong ito, eh. Eto yung stage kung kelan ako natutong maging emo-kunware. Grade 6 din ako nito. Nag-break din kami pagkatapos ng ilang weeks at naalala ko umiyak pa ako nun in public. Grabe.

3. Giorgio M.
Status: Ewan
Di ko talaga alam. Malandi pa sakin 'tong unggoy na 'to eh. Naalala ko nung ipagpalit niya ako kay Jeniffer.

4. Mark U.
Status: Boyfriend
Eto yung nakakatawa kong ex-boylalu na sobrang posero grabe grabe grabe. Posero talaga! Favorite niya ang Good Charlotte at Slip Knot noon. Mali-mali pa lyrics niya kapag kinakanta niya yung mga songs. Nagde-date kami sa RFC, yung sosyaling mall dito sa Las Piñas na minsan nang ni-raid dahil mejo DVD-haven siya. Makapal mag-pulbo etong si Mark. Sobrang pangit naman. Di ko nga ulit maintindihan kung bakit ko to naging boylalu. 1st year high school na ako nito. Nakipag-break ako sa kanya sa computer shop, binagsak ko lang yung break-up letter ko sa computer desk niya at may walk out drama pa. Nakakatuwang alalahanin.

5. Arjan B.
Status: First real boyfriend
Si Arjan talaga ang first real boylalu ko. Malapit na din kami mag-two years nung naghiwalay kami. 10 pa ang anniversary date namin. Sobrang illegal talaga ang kalandian ko noon kaya ako ang nagpupunta sa bahay niya sa Valley 2, Parañaque. Sta. Rosa pa ang street ng bahay nila. 5 years ang tanda niya sa akin. Yung kapatid niyang ka-edaran ko, sobrang gwapo. Anyway, masaya naman kami noon. Na-meet ko family niya, yung mga kapatid niyang mga bata, pati mga katulong na rin. Sa kanya ko natutunan yung Piattos na inuulam sa kanin na hanggang ngayon ginagawa ko pa rin. Tabachoy kasi 'tong si Arjan. Lakas kumain tsaka may mga deadly vices. 2nd year high school ako nito. Saksakan talaga ako ng kalandian.

6. HSH
Status: Ka-flirt
Eto yung lalakeng di naman nagseseryoso kapag hindi hot yung babae. Pero willing naman makipag-make-out and everything. Ang rude sa text pero parang bata makipag-usap in person. Sobrang galing niya mag-O2jam, bilis ng daliri. Tangkad pa at singkit, mga tipo kong lalaki. Pero ayun, as usual.

7. Marco G.
Status: 2nd real boylalu
Eto yung so far pinaka-real. At pinaka-masakit.

8. Joshua A.
Status: Ka-flirt
Eto yung latest kong boylalu na ayaw naman akong sagutin kaya sinukuan ko na. Ang hot ng katawan, ka-R.O. ko to noon eh. Crush ko na siya nung may R.O. pa kami hanggang sa nakakasabay ko sa FX at kung saan-saan pa. Bata pa to si Josh, kelangang ma-enlighten ng sobra-sobra.

~Ceremony

I love you~

I just experienced the weirdest ceremony in my entire life. 

This morning, around 6:30 in the morning, my mom woke me up. “Nikki, bangon na dyan! Dadating na si Noel, sabihin mo maghasa sya ng mga kutsilyo”. Well, I admit it, all our kitchen knives is very dull, it cant even cut an apple without messing up. I remembered that this is the ceremony day...  Remember the black rabbit on my previous post? Yeah. This day is the day that they’re going to offer the rabbit to the little people. T.T                      I really pity the poor rabbit… but I prefer a rabbit than a puppy.

Anyways, I got up at around 7am. I did the hygienic stuff in the morning, turned on my laptop and grabbed a cup of coffee downstairs. I checked my face book account and read the Hot Gimmick manga while waiting for my mom and Noel. Noel arrived at around 8am then I told him to sharpen the knives because he was appointed to murder the poor rabbit. 

After an hour my mom arrived with the family of Albularyos. They prepared the stuffs needed for the ceremony then told us that we have to be present in that ceremony. Great - just great. Damn it. 

The main albularyo, lets call her sister #1, grabbed the rabbit from the basket and gave it to sister #2. and I was like 'What the Fuck!' They’re going to kill the poor rabbit in front of us. so, we hurriedly find an excuse to get away from the living room - my brother excused himself to go in the bathroom since he just woke up and then I excused myself and go to my room. The good thing about having your room upstairs is you cant hear anything from downstairs... not even the nagging of my mom. So i didn't hear anything down or maybe the rabbit cant shriek ( i really dont know anything about rabbits). 

After a few minutes we got downstairs and was really surprised on what I saw. Sister #1&2 actually dressed up like Priests…actually more like of a pope because they have this colorful head dress just like the pope has. Well anyways,  before we began sister#2 instructed us to take off our slippers then kneel in front of the altar. (the altar consists of candles, the holy family figurine, holy cross, food, candies, liquors, soft drinks and a pitcher of water) o_O 

The ceremony started with a tagalog prayer of “Ave Maria” (Hail Mary) then afterwards sister #1 cited some prayer in Latin… at the start of the prayer, I was like “ooohhhh… she’s speaking in latin very fast.” after 10 minutes “What the heck - she’s praying so fast but it still isn’t  finished? How long is that prayer?” after 5 minutes or so “why is it too long?? arrgghhh my knees are giving up…” and after a few more minutes the prayer ended. “Yes! Time to stand up -” when suddenly sister # 1 started singing in Latin “Heck… there’s still more?” then, I looked up at my brother. He’s supporting himself by leaning his both hands on the floor. Yeah, I imitated him… somehow, it felt better than kneeling straight. and that was the time that i looked straight at the bottom of the altar. I almost threw up when I saw the rabbit  chopped into pieces. T.T the poor rabbit is dead. *sniffs*

The singing took around 10-15 minutes. And we are numb all over… this is the longest time of kneeling that I’ve done in my entire life.

After the prayer and the singing, the grossest thing happen. I was dumbfounded when I saw my mother kneel in front of sister #1 and draw a cross with some rabbit’s blood in her forehead. Then she turned onto me and said "o ikaw din... lahat tayo maggaganito"   Gawd. Freaking gross. so i kneel down and she did that thing to me.

After that we proceed in procession around the house, its more like a house blessing. so after the procession the ceremony ended and then we all ate breakfast.

Well even if it is weird, I still believe in the mysteries of the unknown creatures..Oh. did I mention that I was always a victim of “nanuno & nabati” ?

~Ino's day

I love you~

This day was the celebration of my cousin Ino’s birthday. But before we get to his place, we side tripped in Cartimar to look around and buy a black rabbit. The black rabbit is for the ceremonial thing that is going to happen on the 17th. It will act as an offering to the black dwarves that lives in our house (we usually called it as Duwende). In short, they’re going to kill the poor rabbit. T.T if only I could save him… but its still far better than a puppy… 

We arrived in Ino’s place at around 5:15pm. I was surprised when my uncle Elson, Ino’s father (Ino and I prefer to call him Elson in private), actually snubbed me. Argghh. Pissing me off like hell. If It isn’t for my father, I would never respect a drunkard, womanizer and selfish bastard like him. 

So we do the usual stuff… eat - drink - talk - laugh and sing.

When its time to leave, at around 1am, Elson, Ino and Tita Lucy escort us out… I got on the car and was busy saying goodbyes when I heard Elson and my mom’s conversation.

The conversation was like this:

Elson: ginagamit kase nya yung mga pinsan nya para mapalapit sa inyo tsaka kay Elena e.

My mom: a di ba tama naman yun? Mabuti nga yun nag effort sya para mapalapit sa mga tita e.

Elson: hindi ganun, tingnan mo yung ginawa kay edith… pinagfoforce retirement nya e samantalang ang mga tita nya ang nagalaga sa kanya.

My mom: hindi ko alam yan, ayoko rin makielam kase company naman nila yun. 

Elson: hindeehh e. di nya ba alam kung ano ang psychological anu yun sa mga tita nya? Tingnan mo si Sp. Anong ginawa nya? Di ba pinilit nya na lang magresign?

My mom: (speechless, because this SP is my mom’s most hated person in the whole world)

Elson: o tapos ang lakas nyang gumastos, may bagong kotse tas ang sabi baka mawalan ng pera ang company at di nya mapondohan yung retirement ni Edith.

My mom: wag na lang tayo makielam muna. Problema nila yan… problema yan ng companya nila.

Elson concern lang naman ako sa kapatid ko.

Tita Lucy (Elson’s wife): o tama na yan, inaantok na yung mga bata o. mandrake pa si KC.

Elson: o sige, sa susunod usap nga tayo.

Okay. So this is why he ignored me. I am really close with ate candy these days… I became attached we are both wishing for a sister. we do window shopping, eating out, hangout, etc. In short, all we do is fun fun fun. 

So he has some issues regarding ate candy (cousin1) about the retirement of Elson’s sister but why does he care? He isn’t part of the company and they don’t care about his opinion. So what if it is your sister? She’s an employee and my cousin’s the boss. And c’mon, what do you know about psychological effect? And you’re sister has a choice… its her decision if she’ll retire earlier or she can retire next year but the company’s not sure if she can get the retirement fee whole. And why are you so affected? You’re sister’s fine with it. Move on bastard. don’t get involved in other peoples business. 

Ino is having a hard time dealing with his dad and is actually pissed off because his minding other people's life again.

Well anyways, we arrived home at exactly 2:30 am. And the current time is 3:47am.
